Invention The Ramus Torpedo
Summary
The Ramus Torpedo was designed by the English cleric Charles Meade Ramus M.A. (1824-1895), as an explosives carrying, surface skimming, rocket propelled, hydroplane. However the torpedo never got beyond the experimental model stage.
