- Abstract
The first approach to an official trial of the Nordenfelt submarine vessel took place on Monday the 19th of December 1887. It was by no means an official trial, but the Nordenfelt had reached the stage where its powers and capabilities could be exhibited, allowing for the inexperience of the crew.
