- Abstract
"A century ago Nikola Tesla surprised his contemporaries with the invention of remote control applied to a boat exhibited at the Madison Square Gardens in New York. With this boat Tesla wanted to show another use of radio waves but by a number of others it was considered as pioneering invention in remote control and robotics (as we call it today). In Tesla's explanations, the boat was the first teleautomaton which is the predecessor of many similar devices in the future which will have significant role in the peace and war."
