- Abstract
The Bathurst (length, 130ft.; beam, 13ft. 6in.; displacement with a load of fourteen tons, about seventy-six tons) was the last of six boats of the same dimensions built by Yarrow and Co. for the Argentine Government, had achieved an average speed of 24.426 knots, or 28.1 statute miles per hour during a two hour run.
