E. S. writes to the Editor of Engineering regarding the article on 'Paulson's Torpedo.' (Engineering, vol. 39, 6 February 1885, p. 145), advising Mr. Paulson to offer his invention to some foreign government, as he will not have the slightest chance of it being taken up by the Admiralty unless he possesses some interest there.
