'Arrangements have been made for the accommodation on shore of the torpedo boats Childers, Nepean, and Lonsdale, at the dockyard, Williamstown. In the future the Government patent slip will be reserved for Government vessels only, and the work of slipping and docking the war vessels of the colony will be carried out by the dockyard staff.'
