- Abstract
The Times reported that the contract for 100 torpedo boats, recently ordered by the Russian Government, had been awarded to the two leading shipbuilding firms at St. Petersburg. The were to be exact copies of the torpedo boats built for the Russian Government by Messrs. Yarrow and Co. in 1877.
