'The Indian Navy (IN) has delayed the dispatch to Russia of 40 naval personnel for training aboard the Russian-built Project 971 nuclear-powered submarine (SSN) Nerpa (K 152) following a fatal incident on 8 November during trials in the Sea of Japan.'
