- Abstract
"This invention relates to means for automatically steering torpedoes or other bodies movable in water by means of a gyroscope and receiver for waves of sound or other vibrations of the water… The object of this invention is to effect such an automatic disconnection of the gyroscope, either temporary or permanent, when the sound receivers begin to operate. A further object of the invention is to minimize the effect of temporary sounds on the path of the torpedo."
