"Warship builder DCN and Frances Defence Ministry remain sharply at odds over the cost of the French Navy's new Barracuda-class nuclear attack submarine. The disagreement could throw the EUR 6 billion (USD 7.6 billion) programme of the rails if it is not quickly resolved."
