The two torpedo boats (length 135 feet; beam 13 feet 9 inches) fitted with triple expansion engines operating on steam supplied at a working pressure of 140 pounds per square inch by a single locomotive boiler being built by Messrs. Yarrow and Co. for the Austrian Government were nearing completion.
