- Abstract
It was reported in the Army and Navy Gazette that the Netherlands Government had laid down a shipbuilding programme extending of a number of years, 15 type "A" torpedo boats, displacement 130 tons, speed 30 knots, armament, two 1.4 inch quick-firing guns, and two torpedo tubes; six type "B" torpedo boats, displacement 50 tons, speed 23 knots, armament two torpedo tubes, and ten type "C" torpedo boats, displacement 37 tons, speed 18-20 knots, were to be built as part of the programme.
