- Abstract
The torpedo boat destroyer Salmon (length 200 feet, beam 19 feet 6 inches, draught 7 feet 9 inches; displacement 275 tons), built by Earle's Shipbuilding and Engineering Company, Hull, achieved a mean speed of 28 knots during a two hour trial, the highest speed achieved during the trial was 29 knots.
